Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not
processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has
shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will
be active within 24 hours.


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand
our shipping options in the near future.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Ellie's Bark Bites ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S.
Territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.



Returns Policy


Return Process

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact
us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Email
us at elliesbarkbites@gmail.com with your order number and reason for
the return.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If
approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a
certain amount of days.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at
returns@elliesbarkbites.com. We will provide instructions on how to
return your item for an exchange.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive
a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.


Damaged or Defective Products

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please
contact us immediately at elliesbarkbites@gmail.com with your order
number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address the issue
promptly and work with you to resolve it.
