We couldn't find a treat we were willing to read the back of, so we started making our own in a home kitchen in Sparks. Ellie — the frenchie on our bag — was the first and strictest quality-control department, and she still is.
Everything we carry still gets chosen, weighed, packed and shipped by the two of us.

Freeze-drying pulls moisture at low temperature so the structure, smell and colour stay put. Dehydrating does it low and slow. Neither one fries anything, and neither needs BHA, glycerin or propylene glycol to sit on a shelf.
